WET AND DRY HIGH VAC
Our Wastewater Management/Industrial Pipe Cleaning Division provides high-volume liquid and solid waste removal. All high vac units boast between a 2500- to 3000-gallon tank capacity and are equipped with 1200 cfm rotary vein or blower pumps, as well as high-pressure jetting systems for liquid, solid, and dry material pick up and hydro-excavation. Our units operate at highly efficient rates. We service industries sites as well as rural towns and municipalities for complete sewer maintenance, cleaning, and emergency service. HIGH-PRESSURE FLUSHING, JETTING, AND STEAMING
Clogged or frozen inlets or outlets can cause inconvenient and unsanitary backups. To keep lines clear and culverts flowing, D&S Industrial’s modern fleet of specialty equipment includes vehicles equipped with high-pressure jetting and steaming capabilities, producing up to 5000 pounds per square inch (psi) of pressure and 65 gallons/minute with a 1,000,000 BTU boiler. This process is safe to use on all types of piping and may be used in conjunction with root cutting equipment. This highly efficient and environmentally safe power of high-pressure water jetting is used to scour and remove the following from the inside of all types of lines:

HYDRO-EXCAVATION
D&S Industrial’s advanced high vac equipment combines powerful vacuum systems with high-pressure water jetting systems that operate at 5000 pounds per square inch (psi) and 20 gallons/minute. This equipment allows for thorough removal of solid material when exposing electrical/gas/telecommunication lines and broken sewer lines. This same equipment can be used for soft digging of sump pits, post holes, trenches, and drainage ditches, as well as residential pool dig sites, tree planting and decorative ponds.
FLOOD CLEANUP
Flood water and backups from sewage lines, broken lines, and natural disasters can cause inconvenient and unsanitary conditions.
